An all-female remake of Ghostbusters? Fans of the original were outraged beyond belief when they first heard about it. I was more worried about the fact that director Paul Feig was going to helm this thing. He is after all, responsible for atrocities like Bridesmaids and The Heat. Turns out we were all right about this being a terrible idea.

iZombie starts off with Seatttle medical resident Olivia ‘Liv’ Moore (Rose McIver) going to a party one night. Nothing too out of the ordinary about that, except that she definitely chose the wrong night to go partying. Cue the zombie outbreak. Next thing Liv knows, she wakes up as part of the living dead army. Logically, this kinda turns her life upside down and makes her lose her ambition. She doesn’t want to be a doctor anymore, breaks up with her fiancé and adopts a goth persona instead.
