I figured I would give Attila’s new album, “CHAOS” (all caps!), a fair shot. But seriously… have you seen that album cover?
All it took was seeing It It Anita live once to turn me into a fan. These Belgian noise rockers previously released two EPs that were good, but didn’t manage to capture the band’s onstage energy.
Hardcore Henry starts off with Henry’s reanimated corpse waking up in a lab and staring at his wife Estelle (Haley Bennett). Except he doesn’t know she’s his wife, because his memory has been erased. Oh, and he doesn’t have a voice and they turned him into a cyborg. Plus, we don’t actually get to see Henry stare at his wife, we are the ones staring. That’s because the entire movie is filmed with a GoPro strapped to someone’s head. We see everything through Henry’s eyes. Before you really get a chance to let this sink in though, some bad guys burst into the lab.
So Keith Morris has written a book and it takes longer to read than it does to listen to the man’s entire discography.
