Big D And The Kids Table - Do Your Art

“The years went by because we were just doing other things,” chuckles Big D and the Kids Table vocalist Dave McWane. “When you’re all in your 20s and living in the same house, it’s very convenient, but when you’re older and some people live in different states, it’s more like ‘Oh, dang, let’s all get together and write a record!’” The ska-punk staple readies to release their ninth studio album and first new album in nearly a decade.

Dirty Shrines - Digital Ego

Nashville indie label Black Numbers will be releasing the debut album by Dirty Shrines. The Fort Collins based band includes Tim Browne & Brian Van Proyen of Elway and Drew Johnson of Chumped.

They owe their sound to a melange of influences from Steely Dan and Hall & Oates to Jets to Brazil and The Killers.  The result of a few years of tinkering is Dirty Shrines’ debut LP “Digital Ego”: a begrudgingly self-aware treatise on the terminally-online world via 10 track flight of fancy that dabbles equally in 70s rock, power pop, punk, and indie.

Nightwatchers - Common Crusades

Following the release of 2019’s conceptual album ”La Paix Ou Le Sable”, French melodic punk outfit Nightwatchers are back. The band just launched the new single ”White Fathers” a track criticizing the French state for its exploitation of occupied territories during France’s colonial era.

Formed in January 2016 in Toulouse, France by Freddy, Kevin, Julien and David, the four piece offers a melodic, punchy and gloomy sound, powered by political subversiveness and social criticism.
