Charger - Warhorse

CHARGER has premiered their music video for “Rolling Through The Night”, the first single from their new record Warhorse.

The band says "The song is essentially about living 'Wild and free I'm riding on the wind, numb to fear or pain.’ A feeling of invincibility and living your life to just go out and own every night and get into whatever you can find.”

The powerhouse trio consists of McGee, Matt Freeman (Rancid, Operation Ivy) singing and playing bass, and Jason Willer (UK Subs, Jello Biafra’s Guantanamo School of Medicine) who drums and sings too.

Young Prisms - Drifter

San Francisco band Young Prisms return with the announcement of their first full-length album in nearly 10 years, Drifter, due March 25th via Fire Talk. Produced by Shaun Durkan [Weekend, Soft Kill], the twelve-track album finds steadiness in the embrace of uncertainty, where Young Prisms explore the tension and release that comes with bringing your head down from the clouds to make sense of the tangible entanglements that make up everyday existence.

Kevin Devine - Nothing's Real, So Nothing's Wrong

New York-based songwriter and musician Kevin Devine announced his brand-new, expansive, tenth full-length album, Nothing's Real, So Nothing's Wrong, alongside its captivating new single, "Albatross." Due out March 25, 2022 via Triple Crown Records, the forthcoming LP is now available for pre-order. Despite hitting double digits with this latest solo record, some aspects of Devine's work never change, like the honesty, grit, introspection, integrity and insight of his lyrics, and his career-long collaboration with producer Chris Bracco.

Nobody

Brought to you by writer Derek Kolstad - the same bullet-riddled mind that previously spawned John Wick - Nobody lets you get acquainted with Hutch Mansell, a bookkeeper who works at his father-in-law’s factory and whose marriage feels like it will fall apart at the slightest breeze while the rest of his life can be best summed up as a never-ending string of small disappointments.

Superchunk - Wild Loneliness

Superchunk have a new album on the way, and they’ve shared one of its tracks with the announcement. The band’s next record is titled Wild Loneliness and it’s out February 25 via Merge.

“‘Endless Summer’ was written on New Year’s Day 2020 which was unseasonably warm here in North Carolina. Of course, by the time we recorded it, ‘endless summer’ had other meanings,” bandleader Mac McCaughan explained in a statement about the single.
