Vancouver, BC pop-punks Chief State are back with a new single titled "Team Wiped" off their just-announced upcoming debut full-length 'Waiting For Your Colours,' which will be released via Mutant League Records on July 1. The follow-up to the band's 2021 stand-alone single "Metaphors" and 2020 breakthrough EP 'Tough Love,' 'Waiting For Your Colours' is the culmination of 5 years of relentless hustle (not to mention a ton of blood, sweat, and tears).

Keep your eyes out for Boston's next national indie-rock export: Mint Green. Today the band announces their debut album, All Girls Go To Heaven, is coming out June 3 from Pure Noise Records, and they've also shared a video for one of its highlights, "Trying." Complete with a video directed by Haoyan of America, it's a song that juxtaposes internal desire with harsh reality, as vocalist Ronnica explains:

 Today, ALEXISONFIRE are excited to announce Otherness, the first full-length album in over 13 years from the band Rolling Stone declared "put Canadian post-hardcore on the map." Elway has stuck with us at Red Scare for a few years and now we've been rewarded with their best album yet. Or at least that's what they say. They also tell us that the prevailing theme of these songs is, "...the Candide/Quixote Dilemma. As in, are we naïve for being optimistic?" Hoo-wee, sounds like we're gonna get rich off this thing! The indie-punk quartet recorded a buncha songs out in their home state of Colorado and they whittled it down to the best 11 tracks for the LP. All bangers.
