LIFE, not to be mistaken for the über-cheesiness that is Live, is a young and hungry punk band from the UK.
Every now and again Victory Records signs a band I don’t necessarily feel too old for.
After six years of mocking about, Manchester’s Throwing Stuff stopped throwing stuff around and got their shit together instead.
Leading up to the release of “Inviting Light”, The Flatliners released singles “Hang My Head” and “Human Party Trick” and seemed to get quite a lot of shit for them.
Loosely based on Chris Roberson and Michael Allred’s Vertigo comic book series, the first season of iZombie was nothing but a pleasant surprise. The show around Liv Moore, Seattle’s favorite crime solving zombie was as spunky as it was funny and I was happy to dig into the second season.
Things weren’t looking too good for Have Mercy last year when three quarters of the band threw in the towel, leaving guitarist/vocalist Brian Swindle behind as the Baltimore outfit’s sole member.

San Angelo, TX pop-punks Dozer TX recently released a new EP. "Centerpiece" came out last month and if you are looking for some solid tuneage, you can't go wrong with these guys.
