Beach Rats have announced their debut album Rat Beat, will be out on July 29th via Epitaph Records. They also share the music video for the album's title track "Rat Beat" which embodies the nature of punk in its purest form; hard, fast and loud.

Somewhere between Crucial Dudes and Lifetime the youngins from Bad Planning found a place in my heart. This Chicagoland four-piece crank out 8 tracks of melodic hardcore and pop-punk that feels years beyond their age, but altogether sincere and energetic. Super posi and a lot of fun, sometime that’s been lost in the Soundcloud era of super immediate music and YouTube music super stars. For real, I just watched Awkwafina’s My Vag video for the first time last week.
