Emerging out of the hardcore-heavy Richmond, VA music scene, Downfall are bringing a new rage on their upcoming album, Behind The Curtain, out July 1st on DAZE and Triple B Records. Across the ten tracks on Behind The Curtain, the band gets heavy and personal as they push their creative boundaries into an almost unhinged territory. The album was recorded in 2021 with Bob Quirk (Enforced) at Studio F12 and The Ward, mixed by Will Hirst (Gate 4 Studios) and mastered by Bill Henderson (Azimuth Studios).

84 Tigers and Spartan Records have announced an October 21 release date for the upcoming debut album 'Time In The Lighthouse. After years of perennial touring and releases with their previous critically-adored outfits, Small Brown Bike and The Swellers, 84 Tigers - consisting of Mike Reed (guitar/vocals), Ben Reed (bass), and Jono Diener (drums) - has emerged as the three musicians' primary creative outlet in music.

Canada-based skatepunk band Handheld has returned after a 14-year hiatus with a new LP titled “A Canadian Tragedy”, due out June 14, Digi/LP/CD on Canada’s Thousand Islands Records. The third single “Leaving Candyland” is out now.

Of the single, the band says, "Certain people can leave a lasting impression on you and make you laugh. Leaving Candyland is about Thanksgiving, travel, sales, coaching, polka, family, a radio dj, being your own friend, Christmas, and more polka, oh… and eating a giant steak."
