Superchunk have a new album on the way, and they’ve shared one of its tracks with the announcement. The band’s next record is titled Wild Loneliness and it’s out February 25 via Merge.

“‘Endless Summer’ was written on New Year’s Day 2020 which was unseasonably warm here in North Carolina. Of course, by the time we recorded it, ‘endless summer’ had other meanings,” bandleader Mac McCaughan explained in a statement about the single.

Spaghetty Town Records has announced the new LP from Fast Eddy .

Fast Eddy was born out of the miasma of Denver’s Rock n Roll, and independent music scene in 2014. Formed from members of some notable Denver bands as Dirty Few, and Itchy O, their vision started on a late night ramble. Somewhat of a side project, without much of a direction, the band named their project after their old drug dealer, and took to writing songs about the heartache and challenges that come along

with the hedonistic rampage that it can mean to pursue music unabashed.

Unwed Sailor, the long running post-rock project of former Pedro the Lion member Johnathon Ford has announced plans to release a new live session EP titled Live at CommVess, on January 21 via Spartan Records.
