Ceres - We Are A Team

Don’t be shocked, but Ceres have made an album about love.

Gone is the dark night of the soul that propelled 2016’s Drag It Down On You, replaced with a desire to spread positivity in the world via their third full-length, We Are A Team.

“That was the whole reason for this album to be,” says frontman Tom Lanyon.

You can hear it from the first line of the record – “I’m gonna get happy” – to the swooning, string-laden closing track “Something Good” with its refrain, “I think something good’s gonna happen”.

Sleep In. - The Stars On Your Ceiling

Some of the clearest and most rewarding art comes from taking stock in what you’ve created before, refining and uncovering the best parts, and remarking on the growth that control has given your work. For New Jersey’s Sleep In., each successive release has marked a step in this process. Their debut, Settling, was an angular indie record, in debt to math rock and classic emo’s chaotic arrangements.

Trade Wind - Certain Freedoms

Trade Wind--the indie rock project featuring members of Stick To Your Guns and Stray From The Path--has returned, announcing their upcoming sophomore full-length, Certain Freedoms. The album is due out April 26th from Other People Records (North America) and End Hits Records (EU/UK), and the band have also revealed "No King But Me" the record's first single. Certain Freedoms marks a significant sonic evolution for Trade Wind with the band diving headfirst into more melodic territory than ever before.
