Horror Section - Horror Section

If ‘Pet Sematary’ is your favorite Ramones song or if you spend entire days listening to Teenage Bottlerocket’s discography, then it’s safe to say that Horror Section is just the band for you.

Gringo is one of those movies that looks good. On paper.
First, there’s the cast. How wrong can you go if you have everyone from David Oyelowo, Charlize Theron and Amanda Seyfried to Thandie Newton, Joel Edgerton, and Sharlto Copley starring in your movie?
UK rock band Skinny Lister are back with the announcement of their new album titled The Story Is… out on Xtra Mile Recordings (Frank Turner, Against Me!) on Friday, March 1, 2019. From tales inspired by the minutiae of our day-to-day lives to paranoid ruminations of the impending apocalypse, The Story Is… sees Skinny Lister deliver their most lyrically and conceptually complex offering to date.
LA garage rock band Criminal Hygiene announced their new album 'Run It Again,' which will be out on Friday, March 1, 2019 via Dangerbird Records.
'Run It Again' is a 10-song LP that shines a fresh light on a raw sort of garage rock, full of melody, smart lyrics and hooks for days. Recorded with Alex Newport (Death Cab For Cutie, Frank Turner, Bloc Party), the album is a punchy and at times introspective showcase referencing the pizza parlor where the entire band works, drunk friends, R.E.M., hollow relationships and more.
Track listing:
Austin, Texas based hard rock trio American Sharks have released two new tracks “White Witch” and “Masters” from their forthcoming sophomore album entitled 11:11.
Scheduled for release March 15, 2019 via The End Records, Roky Moon (lead vocals,bass), Nick Cornetti (drums) and Will Ellis (guitar) recorded and self-produced 11:11 with Jason Buntz and Jack Control at Enormous Door handling the mixing and mastering.
The Meat Puppets’ story begins with three kids, enamored of music and immersed in the psychedelic drug culture of Arizona in the ’70s, who find their way to punk rock and painstakingly become one of the most important bands of the American underground. “We began to make such a hellacious racket that we knew we were on to something,” says returning drummer Derrick Bostrom. The Puppets went on to achieve mainstream rock stardom, with a hiatus and resurrection to follow.
American Football are one of those bands that should need no introduction. Having spawned a global scene with their eponymous debut LP, they returned in 2016 with their eagerly anticipated second album, American Football (LP2).
Twenty years on from the first record, 2019 sees them return with LP3, a lush, rich expansive indie-rock record, that sees the band progressing far past the constraints of those first two records to create an evolving sound that showcases some of the best music of their lives.
London punk/emo 4-piece The Burnt Tapes will release the debut LP “Never Better” on February 22, 2019 via Wiretap Records (US) and Lockjaw Records (UK/EU).
The band debuted a new song/video called "Yuzi". The band comments on the video;
“Yuzi is about putting the puzzle of yourself back together after the end of a relationship you thought defined you. That’s kinda the theme throughout our songs in many ways, and the video ties in a lot of those themes but mainly its about finding a place where you can finally find some peace.”
Very happy to premiere the video by Brooklyn, NY’s Living Room for the song ‘Another Me’. The video was directed Brendan McKnight and stars Tom Kenny.
