The New Rising Sons - Demo To Demolition

Demo to Demolition – the final release from THE NEW RISING SONS – bookends their short but productive career. These songs showcase the vibes from the care free first days in the rehearsal room, to the intense last days in the studio. Side A consists of five songs never released or heard before. They were recorded after the second delay of the album by Virgin Records, with the hope of saving the future of the band. The precision and talent is there, but the band still ended up getting dropped and breaking up shortly after.

The Lillingtons - Can Anybody Hear Me? (A Tribute to Enemy You)

The Lillingtons and Enemy You have a history that goes back a quarter of a century. You won’t find that in today’s punk scene where there’s so much competition and grubbing for clout on social media, but these bands are binary stars from a bygone era. The two respective singers started out as pen pals (yes, using actual letters and stamps!) and went on to be songwriting contemporaries and labelmates on Lookout and Red Scare. In the world of melodic punk, The Lillingtons and Enemy You are the gold standard.

The Offspring - Let The Bad Times Roll

The sound is recognizable in the first few seconds. The rumbling bass lines, the thundering drums, breakneck guitar riffs that explode out of the speakers and that voice, a searing howl equal parts snarl and desperation. This is The Offspring, kids, singer Dexter Holland, guitarist Noodles, drummer Pete Parada and new bassist Todd Morse. SoCal legends ready to plant their punk rock flag in the sand once again with their blistering new album Let the Bad Times Roll.
