Formed in the summer of 2020 in a basement in Elkhart, Indiana, Half Built Homes started working on these songs in the hopes that they would be playing them live when the world got back to something resembling normal. While that hasn’t happened yet, they are excited to be able to release these songs to show the world what they’ve been doing in that Midwest basement.

Authority Zero has never been called “negative.” Even during a pandemic, they kept their collective chin up, put their heads down and wrote a new album. Dead History is a Minneapolis-based emo/post-hardcore quintet, whose members include stalwarts of the formative emo/hardcore years in various scenes across the Upper Midwest. Their self-titled debut album arrives June 11th via Landland Colportage (Slow Mass, Birthmark, Joan of Arc, etc.).
