Wow, where the hell did this one come from all of a sudden? Seems like Dave Smalley got an energy boost from playing shows with DYS and just churned out a new Down By Law album while he was at it.
Summer’s almost over and if these Chicago natives get their way September is going to be a very bleak month.

Eight years is a really long time in between albums, especially in punkrock.
On their first album for Rise Records, the Bouncing Souls keep it short with just ten songs. So I’ll try and do the same with this review.
