Anchor & Braille, the solo project from esteemed alt/rock vocalist Stephen Christian, will be releasing the album NEW MEXICO, out July 25 via Equal Vision Records.

NEW MEXICO is a 14-track collection inspired by Christian’s time living in Corrales, New Mexico, a place that left an indelible mark on him, both spiritually and artistically. The album explores themes of longing, faith, and resilience, blending cinematic spaghetti Western sounds with indie rock intimacy.

Vancouver’s late-’90s post-hardcore greats By A Thread mark their return with the announcement of Mirrored Life—the band’s first new album in 14 years—and the single “Void.” Set for release September 12th on Spartan Records, Mirrored Life is a brooding, reverb-drenched record that channels grief, growth, and hard-won perspective into the band’s heaviest, most collaborative music yet.
