2023 was a good year for music. Bands that have been around for a long time released some of their best records to date and there were plenty of up-and-comers taking things to the next level as well as exciting debut albums.

Sum 41 - Heaven :x: Hell

For the final time as a collective, Grammy-nominated band Sum 41 have announced their upcoming double album, Heaven :x: Hell, expected for release on March 29th, 2024 via Rise Records (pre-order). Heaven :x: Hell is the most ambitious album from Sum 41 yet - Heaven is 10 tracks of snarling high energy pop punk, while Hell consists of ten heavy metal anthems spiked with fret-burning solos, thrashing riffs, and fist-pumping hooks.

Comeback Kid - Trouble

For the past two decades, Comeback Kid has stood as a cornerstone in shaping and pioneering the sound of modern punk and hardcore, and they show absolutely zero signs of slowing down. Today the band announces TROUBLE, the new EP set for release March 15th through SharpTone Records. The four song EP is a sonic blast, as bright melodies cross waves with thrashy riffs and riled-up vocals. Lead single "Trouble In The Winner’s Circle,” out now, is primed to be an anthem, laced with punchy rhythms and an infectious chorus harkening back to the song’s title.

Reconciler - Art For Our Sake

Hailing from Atlanta, Reconciler have announced that their new LP, Art For Our Sake, is slated for release on February 2, 2024 via Smartpunk Records.
