Banquets - Petty Relics

New Jersey 4-piece emo band Banquets played their final show in February of 2016 and the members went their separate ways, parting on good terms but with the understanding that the realities of life made it difficult to carry the banner any further. Today marks a new chapter in Banquets story, as they share 'Episodes,' the first single off their upcoming album, 'Petty Relics, out October 17 on Black Numbers.

Public Opinion - Perpetual Motion Machine

Denver, CO's Public Opinion are back with a new three-song EP, Perpetual Motion Machine, arriving September 19th via their new label, Side One Dummy. The EP is a promising start to the band's next chapter, drawing more melody out of Public Opinion's primal punk while keeping the unhinged glint that makes their music so compelling. Today, Public Opinion have shared the EP's monster opening track, "Laughing Academy" which features guest vocals from none other than Drug Church frontman, Patrick Kindlon.

Camp Cope - Live at Sydney Opera House

Australian indie rock favorites Camp Cope have announced their new live album, Live at Sydney Opera House, commemorating the band's final performance. The Naarm/Melbourne-founded trio will be releasing the album on a limited run, one-time-only vinyl pressing via longtime labels Run For Cover and Poison City, and the full performance will be available digitally only through Bandcamp on October 17th. To make the announcement the group have also shared live versions of "Blue" and "Stove Lighter."

Various Artists - A 7 Step Guide To Happiness

Sell The Heart Records announced the release of a brand new multi-band split (or mini compilation if you will) featuring 7 exclusive cuts from 7 awesome artists. Each song sees a bit of a dynamic shift, offering a true variety of sounds and showcases the label's brand of diversity in its offerings.

Two songs from the album have already been released, Her Head's On Fire's "Bound" and Hauntu's "Mote It Be", with another song from the album being released every two weeks leading up to the full release.

Structure Sounds - Stolen Sounds

Providence, RI punk quartet Structure Sounds are set to release their new covers EP, Stolen Sounds, on September 19th via Wiretap Records. The EP finds the band tearing into songs from an eclectic lineup of artists, putting their gritty punk stamp on tracks made popular by The Weeknd, Amy Winehouse, Bad Religion, Laura Jane Grace, and more.
