Southern California pop-punks Regal Beagle are back with a brand-new video for “I’m the Worst,” the second single from their latest album Take It Back, out now on Mom’s Basement Records.

Hailing from the San Gabriel Valley, the three-piece - Bryan Beagle, Alben Beagle and Dr. Jellybrown - first formed in 1994 as a way to enter a school talent show. They lost badly that day, but that didn't stop them from continuing to churn out melodic pop-punk anthems. Over the years, Regal Beagle have played everything from backyard shows to massive stages alongside major touring acts.

After taking time away to focus on families and careers and navigating the highs and heavy lows life can bring, the band reignited the spark in the summer of 2022. “Take It Back” became both a rallying cry and the title of their new album. Teaming up with producer Joe “Queer” King, Regal Beagle crafted a record that channels heartbreak, resilience and the grit it takes to claw your way back from rock bottom.

“I’m the Worst” captures that struggle in sharp, honest detail. As frontman Bryan Beagle explains:

“It's about coming back from the bad times in life. You want to come back stronger, but sometimes without those old bad habits and coping skills you feel like the worst.”
