Tigers Jaw have released a new single, “Primary Colors,” along with an accompanying music video directed by Britain Weyant. The track appears on the band’s upcoming album Lost on You, due out March 27 via Hopeless Records. Produced and engineered by longtime collaborator Will Yip at Studio 4 in Philadelphia, Lost on You continues Tigers Jaw’s established approach, combining driving rhythms, melodic guitar work, and overlapping vocals from Walsh and Collins. While rooted in the band’s earlier sound, the album reflects their current place as a long-standing presence within the scene.

“Primary Colors” features shared vocals from Ben Walsh and Brianna Collins and continues the band’s use of dual harmonies. The video shows the five-piece performing the song in a setting designed to reflect its themes of memory and emotional transition. Walsh explains: “‘Primary Colors’ is about being so wrapped up in the aftermath of something that it overwhelms your senses entirely. When you’re stuck somewhere between reflecting on the ‘what ifs,’ and finding the resolve to move forward. We recreated that mental space in the music video as a performance space that had doorways to memories, journeying through a relationship from the very first sparks to the slow unraveling.”

The release comes ahead of Tigers Jaw’s spring headlining tour, which follows the album’s release. Several shows are already selling quickly, including a sold-out date at Los Angeles’ The Regent Theatre on June 7. Additional recently announced shows include Rough Trade New York on March 26 and The Sinclair in Cambridge, MA on March 30. A full list of tour dates is available now, with tickets currently on sale.
