Following the release of last month’s single “Episodes,” New Jersey indie punks Banquets have shared a new track titled “Who Will Inherit Us?” accompanied by a video directed, shot, and edited by Eric Luszcz. 

Guitarist and vocalist Travis described the song as the first written for the new record, exploring themes of legacy and the value of personal relics:

“What becomes of our remnants and the relics that mean so much to us, but are mere trash to those that unknowingly inherit it? When putting together the video with Eric Lutz, we really wanted to tie in the concepts of Petty Relics.”

The band's new album Petty Relics is set for release on October 17.
