Pioneer & The Good Love

“Pioneer” is the name of The Maine’s third full-length and has already been out since December 2011. For some reason they are now re-releasing the album with a new six-song EP slapped on the back of it. It adds up to a whopping 19 songs which is way more poppy rock than I can handle.
Admittedly, these guys are good at what they do and bust out cutesy song after cutesy song with all the catchy hooks and big choruses you can ask for. It makes it perfect for the radio but unfortunately not for my stereo. It’s all just a bit too sweet…
