Following up 2006’s “Cuban Ballerina”, Dead To Me is back with a 13-minute long EP that is pure poppunk meets rootsrock bliss with a hint of reggae. The buzzsaw guitars, catchy melodies and Jack’s vocals all mix extremely well resulting in songs that’ll have you singing along in no time. You can still hear a little of One Man Army’s streetpunk in the guitars but other than that this is more The Gaslight Anthem meets The Dickies than anything else. While opener “I Don’t Wanna” would’ve fit right in on “Cuban Ballerina”, it’s songs like “Ran That Scam” that show a new direction for Dead To Me and after having heard “Little Brother”, I’m curious to see what they’ll come up with next. I want more dammit!!!

Lacking the talent to actually play in a band, Tom decided he would write about bands instead. Turns out his writing skills are mediocre at best as well.
