Pressure Set have shared "Binge Watch On Mute," the second single off their forthcoming self-titled album, due out on October 2 on Dr. Strange Records.

The band came together through chance connections across the punk scene. Drummer Rob Burleson met guitarist Dom Brining (Bear Away) while touring with Denver's SPELLS in 2024, and the two began trading demos remotely. When Burleson invited singer Daryl Wilson (The Bollweevils) to contribute lyrics, the project clicked immediately; they later brought in fellow Chicago punk veteran Simon Lamb (Methadones, Sludgeworth, Violets) on bass, rounding out the four-piece.

The band recorded entirely from home studios scattered around the globe, and despite the distance, the chemistry translated into a cohesive debut of "short, sharp blasts of high-energy punk rock" — drawing on influences from Gang of Four, Wipers, Hot Snakes, and MC5 alongside nods to The Descendents, Naked Raygun, Samiam, Meat Wave, and Idles.
