Following the announcement of their debut album and lead single 'Mitt', Cleveland's Model Martel are back with the lyric video for the album's second single 'Dramedies.'

“I wrote this song after running into someone I hadn’t seen in over twenty years," says Tim Gill about the song's origins. "We were never close, but we grew up in the same neighborhood in Cleveland and I saw him around. After I ran into him, he confided in me how he hadn’t really been in a good spot the past few years — living in motels and smoking crack. The song is a reflection on that interaction and how life carries on and you find yourself elsewhere dealing with your own life, even though you hope everyone you’ve ever known finds peace.”

'A Thousand Couple Times' will be released on September 3 through Denver-based label Snappy Little Numbers.
