Dutch melodic punk rockers Screw Houston are back with their new single. ‘Count Us Out’ is the band’s first new music since the well-received single ‘Midway’ which came out in July last year.

About ‘Count Us Out’:
“In this world of favoritism is not easy to stand out and get the acknowledgement you hoped for. So we are the crow left of the murder. We refuse to suck up to achieve our goals. We'll do it on our own and do not let this society stop us.”

Originally started as a post-hardcore outfit back in 2009, Screw Houston’s sound has since evolved to a more straight-forward take on melodic punk rock that takes cues from modern day greats such as Foo Fighters, Hot Water Music and The Menzingers. The band consists of vocalist Roelof de Brouwer, guitarists Matthijs Krikke and Dennis Verschoor and Marc van Gastel on drums and Anthony Hobo on bass.
