Where could four individuals combine for a project motivated by love of humanity, the highest regard for what it means to be alive, all the triumph, hope and crashes which roll through the fingers of time.  This is PARK.  They are the generator taking what hurts and transforming overwhelming emotion into music that heals through understanding.

Ladd Mitchell (vocals, guitar), Brandon Carnes (bass, back vocals), Alex Haycraft (guitar) and Miles Parkhill (percussion) lead us into a landscape wrought from steel and silk, colored by night and misted by day.

PARK hails from Springfield, Illinois, the middle of middle America, mapping in four directions the border of stable, driving their band on the road of fragile.  Guitars of rock, drums of thunder, vocals of plaint reflect the trauma of battle and survival.

In this new millennium PARK has given us three full-length albums: No Signal, It Won’t Snow Where You’re Going, Building A Better

For 2026 they present four fresh songs collected in the anagram ep, out May 22 on Lobster Records.  Perhaps anagram rearranges “man a rag," wiping chalk from a slate listing futile intentions to clear the board for what writes next.
