After more than two decades, Pinhead Circus’ final album is finally getting the vinyl treatment it deserves. Originally released in 2001, The Black Power Of Romance has been completely remastered and will be reissued for its 25th anniversary by Snappy Little Numbers (pre-order) and Rad Girlfriend Records (pre-order). The release marks the first-ever vinyl pressing of the album, bringing a long-overdue physical edition to one of the defining records from the Colorado punk scene of the early 2000s.

Formed in Golden, Colorado in 1992, Pinhead Circus spent a decade tearing through the U.S. touring circuit, playing one Coors-fueled show after another before officially calling it quits in 2002. Along the way, the band released three albums through the legendary BYO Records and built a reputation for relentless live shows.

Though the band officially broke up in 2002, Pinhead Circus have reunited for a handful of one-off performances over the years, keeping their place in the hearts and record collections of longtime fans.

Now, The Black Power Of Romance is getting a fresh lease on life. The newly remastered album will be available digitally and on a limited run of 250 12-inch LPs pressed on translucent yellow vinyl.

Co-released by Snappy Little Numbers and Rad Girlfriend Records, the 25th anniversary edition is set for release September 22, 2026.
