Mom's Basement Records announced today that they will release "Rocky Mountain Highs" from Jake Emmisions on June 27th.

Jake Emmisions is a Fort Wayne, Indiana Punk Rock Veteran, whose band Flamingo Nosebleed has been around for 20+ years. Jake always wanted to try his hand at a solo record and after years of bouncing around the idea, he made his dream a reality and travelled out to Colorado to write and record his debut full length album “Rocky Mountain Highs”. He recorded the full length with the 2 brothers Felipe and Rubin (from Bricheros, SACK and Shocktroopers) and Jason (ex-Parasites) and came up with a fresh but familiar sound. Imagine Flamingo Nosebleed with a lighter edge that really works well. The album is killer so grab yourself a cold one and turn it up loud.
