Haywire have signed to major label Roadrunner Records where they will release their second LP titled I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye. Sonically shifting more towards anthemic songs, there are still some true straight forward hardcore tracks such as “Flex Your Head” & “Forever Alone”. Tracks like “That’s Life”, “Interstate Love Affair”, “Sincerely Yours,” and “I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye” lean into the sing-along anthem side of Haywire. Those songs trace the inevitable forks in the road we all face in our lives, and the album is ultimately an ode to everyday life and a tribute to those long nights with your best friends that you never want to end.

Without a doubt, I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye producer Mat Kerekes (Citizen) played a massive role with how big some of these hooks came to be. He expertly recognized the direction the band was looking to go in and helped amplify the potential shown by the catchiness of the songs. I Don’t Want To Say Goodbye will be the fifth release by Haywire in just around three short years and they’re just getting started. Going into 2027 the band has over 250 shows planned.
