Upcoming Releases

East Coast punk bands TeethOut and Straight On Til Morning are joining forces for “Straight x Teeth,” a split 7” vinyl release arriving June 12, 2026 via High End Denim Records, in collaboration with Punk Rock Radar (USA) and Engineer Records (UK).
The release grew out of shared shows across the Maritimes, where the idea came together naturally: instead of just playing gigs together, why not press something to wax. The result is a split that captures both bands at their most immediate and honest, rooted in the kind of DIY collaboration that built punk in the first place.
Limited to 200 Sea Glass Swirl (Eco-Mix Vinyl) vinyl copies worldwide, “Straight x Teeth” pushes back against the disposable nature of modern releases. This release is the working of two bands, one scene, and the energy that comes from actually showing up and playing.
TeethOut handle Side A with “For Your Life” and lead single “Tonight,” out May 15 alongside pre-orders. “Tonight” leans into fast, melodic skate punk with a strong vocal hook anchoring the track from start to finish.
“These songs came together differently than usual. ‘Tonight’ started as a voice note from Josh with a chorus stuck in his head, and we built the whole track around that. ‘For Your Life’ was the opposite. We basically set out to play as fast and hard as we could for three minutes and didn’t really hold back.”
For fans of The Story So Far, No Trigger, Millencolin, and MxPx, TeethOut continue to refine their sound without losing the urgency and grit that defines them.
On Side B, Straight On Til Morning bring “All For Nothing Pt. 2,” blending emotional pop punk melodies with heavier breakdowns and a tongue-in-cheek creative identity. Describing themselves as an “everything bagel with pop punk cream cheese,” the New Brunswick band pull from a wide range of influences.
“Listen here, see? It’s a real racket. The tune’s about headin' back to your old stompin' grounds… you both know the other’s in town, but nobody wants to look like a sap. So you keep your trap shut. Then the whole thing goes bust when you realize there ain’t nothin’ left to salvage anyway… the only thing that matters is gettin' your head straight and scrammin' outta that dead-end burg before it drags you down for good.”
The release was produced and mixed by Shawn Taggart (TeethOut), with Straight On Til Morning handling their own recording and mixing. Mastering was completed by Cody Blakely at Half Stack Studio.
At its core, “Straight x Teeth” is about connection between two bands, one region, and a shared belief that punk still works best when it’s loud, physical, and real.
