Norwegian duo TAPE TRASH has been playing in bands since their teenage years, drawing inspiration from the music that first made them pick up their instruments. Blending elements of shoegaze, alternative rock, emo, and punk, the band carves out a raw, anthemic sound. Their explosive 2020 debut EP caught international attention from Clash Magazine and The Line of Best Fit, while their 2023 debut album earned them a spot among Norway’s most promising acts and landed five tracks on national radio.

Following the urgency of their recent single "Since 94," TAPE TRASH return with "We Will Collide" —the second single from their upcoming sophomore album on American label Tiny Engines. A lush, fuzz-drenched shoegaze anthem that nods to the golden age of ’90s fuzzpop, it’s perfect for summer joy rides. But beneath the sweet pop melodies lies a quiet uneasiness—like a daydream on the verge of unraveling.

TAPE TRASH's new album is due out in the Fall on Tiny Engines. Stay tuned for more.
