Pittsburgh's noise punks T-TOPS have released 'Palomino,' the second single taken from their forthcoming sophomore full-length "Staring at a Static Screen". The song combines anger with a catchy tune and early thrash spirit.

"Another chunky riff, slapper, but more quiet-loud dynamics", writes singer and guitarist Patrick Waters. "The lyrics are all over the place. Some of it deals with the highs and lows of blindly navigating the mental health obstacle course and eventually acquiescing to the routine."

'Staring at a Static Screen' will be out via Magnetic Eye Records on May 28.
