Los Angeles-based band Membership has returned with a furious new protest single, “BLACK TRUCKS,” confronting the human cost of immigration enforcement, racism, and institutional violence.

Released on October 23, 2026, the confrontational track is built around the recurring imagery of masked men and black trucks taking people away, featuring lyrics in both English and Spanish that describe vendors and children being targeted while institutions protect those in authority. For band member Kobe “Gooby” Henderson, the anger behind the music is deeply personal, driven by seeing close friends negatively affected by current immigration policies and witnessing prejudice-fueled violence on the streets. Designed as a direct expression of outrage against the dehumanization of people caught within government power, “BLACK TRUCKS” is now available across all streaming platforms.
