Dear Landlord to release singles and outtakes collection

Long defunct pop-punk band Dear Landlord announced they will be releasing a collection of songs that mostly come from the various splits they did with other bands. The new collection, called 'Singles and Outtakes 2007 – 2012,' is due out on Bandcamp this Friday and on streaming services soon after.
The new collection will feature songs from their split with Chinese Telephones, their split with Off With Their Heads, the 'Heartbroken Handshakes' single, the Dopamines split, and the compilation album 'The Thing That Ate Larry Livermore,' alongside a couple of unreleased demos.
Dear Landlord only first and only album, 'Dream Homes,' was released in 2009 and this new collection represents much of the rest of the work they did outside of that LP.
