The Boxcar Suite return with their first new music released since 2021’s Every Side of the Abyss LP. Now operating lean and mean as a power-trio, the group builds upon their winding adventures in power-pop, cosmic american music, and glamorous folk rock.   

“‘So Loud, So Clear’ is the first offering from a forthcoming full-length, penned primarily by bassist/vocalist Phil Caviness. This one alternates as a duet with guitarist/vocalist Tim Pritchard and Caviness assuming the distinctive lead.  What ensues is indicative of the band’s current sound with an emphasis on buzz bin guitars, densely melodic vocal arrangements, a power-trio with the drummer in the driver’s seat, and “deep thoughts” style lyricism.
