84 Days has shared another new single from their forthcoming debut album. “Don’t Trust The Government” embodies the true spirit of punk as it questions authority and reminds listeners to follow their own instincts because “Doesn’t matter what side you’re on / Cause they’ll all be telling lies / You can argue with anyone / But you’re both on losing sides”.
On the new single, Randy Bradbury shares: “No one from the government is coming to save you - you have to save yourself.”
A collaboration of epic proportions, 84 Days was founded by Bradbury – bassist for legendary punk group Pennywise – and Grammy-winning producer Cameron Webb. They tapped in No Doubt’s Adrian Young to drum on the forthcoming self-titled album in addition to supplemental guitar work from The Vandals’ Warren Fitzgerald.
84 Days will be released on November 7th via Double Helix Records, in worldwide distribution partnership with SBAM Records (EU) and Pee Records (AUS/NZ/JPN).
