Fat Wreck turned 25! Which makes this the perfect year to release the much-talked-about and highly anticipated sequel to 2008’s Backstage Passport. Instead of splitting things up in episodes like the first time around, this one is more of a feature-length documentary that clocks in at a whopping 102 minutes.

Nothing much has changed to be honest. NOFX is still hell-bent on playing shows where they haven’t played before and so we follow NOFX as they head for Mexico, Peru and Colombia to make up for shows that didn’t happen or ended in mayhem the first time around. And then we get to see how things fall apart all over again and hilarity ensues.

Backstage Passport 2 comes as a two-disc DVD set. The second disc features two bonus episodes from season one, following the band through Australia and Eastern Europe respectively. There's also a bunch of bonus footage and deleted scenes from the documentary.

That’s a lot of NOFX footage for one release. But at the end of it, I still found myself wishing there was more. How’s that for a ringing endorsement?
