Tides From Nebula is a Polish post-rock outfit who have locked themselves in their own studio for six months. Rather than killing each other, they came out with “The Eternal Movement”. It’s a stunning piece of work with lush, warm soundscapes that see keyboards and reverb-drenched guitars grinding up against each other.

“The Eternal Movement” really is just that… the seamless transitions between songs make this one long trip that twists and turns along the way. It’s not all that different from what fellow post-rockers Mono are doing. Drawn out compositions that wash over you with just enough edge to keep you listening until the final notes of “Let It Out Let It Flow Let It Fly” ring out.

Not quite as adventurous as 65daysofstatic’s latest release but a very fine post-rock album nonetheless.
