On their fourth album, Ohio’s Hit The Lights are still doing the same thing as they’ve always done… play pop-punk a la New Found Glory and Set Your Goals where one piece sounds like it was lifted from a Fall Out Boy song and another like it could have been on a Story Of The Year album. They do little to distinguish themselves from any other band in that scene and to make matters even worse, this album is so over-produced that it sounds completely sterile and soulless. This has about as much to do with punkrock as the Disney Channel.
