“For Faen” is Blood Tsunami’s third album and on it they thrash like there’s no tomorrow. With black metal icon Faust behind the drums, there’s no doubt these guys know only one speed and that’s fast. It’s also nice to see them looking back to the past instead of going for a more modern groovy sound. Think Destruction or early Metallica and you’ve got the right idea… fast as fuck, raging riffs and nasty vocals.

They keep things short enough with just the occasional solo blasting through the speaker and wrap up “For Faen” (for fuck’s sake in Norwegian) in half an hour. Nothing if not entertaining from start to finish.
