We are happy to premiere the acoustic video of the Great Shakes song 'Summertime Alone,' taken off the band's self-titled debut album.

Previously released on vinyl in 2019 via Shield Recordings, Great Shakes' debut is now being re-released on tape cassette by Cat’s Claw Records. Pre-order ends March 12th and the tape is available in either Pet Sematary (Split colour - black on one side/white on the other) and Alex Murphy (Silver).

Great Shakes finds its origin on the border between Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2019 after crossing paths for years, four musicians from various musical backgrounds decided to collaborate over their love of gritty stick to your brain punk rock. Taking musical influence from Ship Thieves, Alkaline Trio, Social Distortion and classic Weezer, Great Shakes entered the studio with an awesome self-titled debut as a result. A debut that combines massive sing-along pop punk choruses with gnarly melt your face off punk rock goodness.
