Swedish noise-pop quartet FEWS return with new music, a new record label and a new guitarist in the form of Jacob Olsen (formerly of Castle Face’s Useless Eaters).
Following on from debut album 'Means’ and 2019’ssophomore ‘Into Red’ (both Play It Again Sam Recordings), FEWS retreated to their studio in Malmö and emerged with a four-song EP called 'DOG', which will be out July 3 on their own newly formed Hello Dog label
The first taste of the EP is 'Heaven' – a motorik, kraut-punk earworm that continues where Anything Else signed off. It is the first glimpse of things to come in the sonic development of FEWS. As frontman, Fred Rundqvist, explains - “the track is a representa-tion of a low down feeling of emptiness that can only be picked up by the help of something dangerous”.
