Warbringer is an LA-based outfit consisting of a bunch of dudes aged 17-22 who like to play thrash metal. Like Metallica before they got old. Yes, the kind they used to play back in the 80s. The guys in Warcatcher even go as far as not only to recreate those bands’ music but also their look. But that’s okay, Wargogetter can’t know how ridiculous the leather jackets, bullet belts, tight jeans and white hi-tops looked because some of them weren’t even born yet.
So I’ll forgive them for their look and for their album which basically consists of pieces of old Metallica, Slayer and Testament taped together. Innovation is definitely wasted on Barslinger. And I’ll even forgive Century Media for signing these guys because acts like Trivium are doing well and they want in on a piece of the action. Understandable. But fact remains that “War Without End” is as ridiculous as its artwork.

Other names we came up with for the band:
Warloser?
Wargiver?
War-I-had-it-someday-but-forgot-it-on-the-bus-er?
Warfinger?
Warthinger?
Barbinger?
Beerbinger?
Fartbringer?
Wardimmer?
Warlinger?
Warsinger?
Warthrower?
Warreceiver?

Lacking the talent to actually play in a band, Tom decided he would write about bands instead. Turns out his writing skills are mediocre at best as well.
