Brooklyn-based emo/punk outfit Tired Radio is back with their emotional new single, “It Takes Time,” arriving fresh off the heels of their 2025 release Hope in the Haze and extensive 2026 touring across the U.S. and Germany.

Formed in 2017 by singer and guitarist Anthony Truzzolino, the band has built a reputation for crafting cathartic, melody-driven punk packed with raw vulnerability and massive sing-along hooks. Their latest track continues that trajectory, tracing a deeply personal lifetime arc of living with depression—from childhood through turbulent teenage years—and honoring the slow, ongoing journey toward healing.

Holding fear and hard-earned hope in equal measure, “It Takes Time” serves as an honest, powerful reminder that while change is a gradual process, the effort is always worth it.

Fans can catch the new single now as the band prepares to take the stage at FEST 24 in Gainesville, Florida this fall.
