Couch Surfer
Don't Let it Dwayne on you
Release date: October 30, 2026
Kingston, New York-based emo and power-punk band Couch Surfer has announced the upcoming release of their new EP, Don’t Let it Dwayne on you, scheduled to arrive on October 30, 2026.
Originally formed through various iterations over the last decade, Couch Surfer serves as the power-punk project of songwriter Mark Buckley. The current Kingston lineup crystallized in 2025 with the addition of longtime collaborator Madison Steorts, alongside a rhythm section featuring Tony DiMauro and Matt Joyce. Their sound combines thick guitars with pop sensibilities, drawing musical comparisons to acts like Prince Daddy & The Hyena, Joyce Manor, Title Fight, and Fountains of Wayne.
