Footballhead’s explosive & chaotic new single “Face to Face” is the coming out party of the next phase of something heavier, more intricate, and surely intentional for the Chicago-based alt-rock staple. Melodies coat the song’s soft side, and guttural screams give it all the edge in just over 2 minutes of runtime. Supporting One Step Closer, Bleed, Drain, and KOYO on upcoming shows should surely drive home that this band is truly just getting started.
