“Backstage Passport” was one helluva fun show that saw NOFX go on tour to play places where no sane band would think of going. And guess what? Season 2 is on its way! But before we get to see the band drag their drunkass tour manager all over the place again, Fat Wreck is treating us to the Backstage Passport soundtrack, featuring 15 songs by… you’ll never guess this… NOFX!

While some of these songs have not been previously released (“Backstage Passport”, “Leaving Jesusland (live)”, “The Greatest Country In The World”, “We’re Bros” and “Punk Rock Passport”), most of the other songs have actually been featured on one of NOFX’ 7” Of The Month. If you then take into account as well that none of the songs on here come even close to the band’s best material, you’re actually better off buying any single one of their other albums, including “45 or 46 Songs That Weren't Good Enough For Our Other Records”, instead of this uneven compilation of various odds and ends.

Pick it up if you have a Fat Mike & co fetish and want to absolutely own every single thing they release. If not, feel free to skip this one!
